Hi!  I'm Karina, an accredited corrective exercise specialist and certified personal trainer in North Vancouver.  On the movement side, I specialize in functional movement strength training + mobility coaching individuals toward obtaining more range of motion, strength and fluid movement patterns by correcting imbalances of the kinetic chain. On the lifestyle side, I specialize in coaching habits that will last a lifetime as each person becomes consistent and intuitive toward what their body needs.  Our lifestyles are our code to physical and emotional health - our cellular response. Everybody is unique, and I aim to educate each person on how to achieve full body to brain connection, hit those holistic goals and influence making more mindful decisions in everyday life actions and movements.   I would love to chat + learn about you!
