True health extends far beyond sets and reps.

Alongside personal training in North Vancouver, I created the 12-Week YOURLIFE Programme — a structured coaching and workbook experience designed to give you the tools to build and implement sustainable lifestyle habits across three core health pillars: emotional, physical, and nutritional.

Your daily patterns directly influence your cellular response, energy levels, recovery capacity, nervous system and emotional resilience. When habits shift, everything shifts.

Over 12 weeks, we work through the Four Quadrant Matrix of Awareness:

Discovery: Understanding the process and asking the hard questions

Learning: Understanding your patterns, learning tips that support emotional regulation, nutritional balance, and physical performance

Implement: Implementing the learned information, creating and tracking new habits, setting goals, and checking in

Execute: Continuing to use the information and tools for sustainable mind-body connection that supports long-term consistency.

This process builds accountability, clarity, and momentum — not just for 12 weeks, but for life.

I cannot recommend Karina. enough. Her focus on posture and building workouts specific to my challenges have been a critical component in my health journey.  She's highly knowledgeable and generous in sharing her wisdom.  Every week she creates bespoke workouts that push you but she still manages to make it fun!  She's a pro!
